Minplan provides psychological safety for people in crisis and empowers people by forecasting the psychological development and support of the nearest caregiver. Minplan is created with the intention of being a self-help tool for the management of personal crises. By being readily available, the app intends to enhance feelings of being safe both for the user as well as their family and friends. Minplan is based on cognitive methods.
