- Serve as lead for campus recruitment strategy across various higher-ed institutions in alignment with DFA’s early talent recruitment goals; manages a $100,000 annual campus recruitment budget
- Anchors full-cycle recruitment process for multi-function exempt level roles (field and corporate)
- Member of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory council; develops creative strategies to engage talent and create diverse applicant pipelines (since implementation in 2020)
- Travel 30% of the time for recruitment events and engagement opportunities to engage with talent
