I am a customer experience (CX) leader and a product design lecturer with over a decade of experience. As the lead of the CX and product design team, I oversee the designs, and journeys to enhance the value proposition and satisfaction of C2FO's customers and partners. I leveraged expertise in data analytics and visualization, design standards, and creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders. I'm also passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of designers. I teach data visualization, design research, and prototyping courses at the Kansas City Art Institute.
