Part of Dry Electrode Technology Cell Development team. Work includes to Test Run New Model development right until mass production fulfilling all customer standard criteria.New Product Introduction. Work with the Lead Engineer on the design, land, and ramp-up of Mixing, Electrode coating (Dry), Calendaring, Slitting and VD equipment for LI-ION 4680 cell productions. Analyse production data to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve causes of scrap to improve process efficiency and yield. Collaborate with R&D to scale up developmental electrodes for transition to full production scale. Assist with the installation, development and modification of production scale equipment. Train technicians and operations staff on use of new equipment and new products. Act as technical point of contact for Electrode Area. Process owner for slitting and defect vision inspection process.• Responsible for analyzing product defects, process improvement projects, cost saving activities and new model development.• Extract and combine raw data from system, analyze using Advanced Excel (pivot table, lookup and logical function), find abnormal pattern and prepare related report.• Perform root cause analvsis for abnormal occurrence and provide countermeasure.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guide to production operator and technician.• Monitor vision inspection and machine regularly for smooth production line.• Prepare and review related documents such as SOP, PFMEA, OPL and Process Sub-Standard.Skills: Process Capability • Analytical Skills • QCP.Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) • DMAIC • Six Sigma • Root Cause Analysis • ProjectManagement
