Implicated with EOL & "C" checks in A320/A321 , B737 NG/MAX .Inventory controlled for regular expendables , consumable & repair materials based on findings. Maintain a current listing of all shortages and identify reorder based on spares requirement!Associated with Purchase , SCM , logistics & stores for all material transactions.Maintain an index listing the tasks and monitoring the day to day progress of scheduled tasks and NRC. Track the sequence of Task cards as segregated during the check start. Ensure day to day task completion and verify the completed task for completeness, Make an entry and completion in the index. Share consolidated Daily reports internally as No. Of cards & NRC closed and pending status. Ensure the tasks are completed in all respects. Ensure the work package given by the customer is fully completed and do scrutiny forward to next level. Post completion of scrutiny, the package along with the task cards, NRC & AWR are scanned and archived. Tracking of materials & Tools availability in different storage locations using ERP software. Creating part numbers for tools, components , expendables, consumables which are required for maintenance activities. Ensures all Aircraft spares and materials required for Routine Tasks are preloaded for effective scheduling of work with proper requisition. Highlight all shortfalls well in advance and order to follow up delivery to complete the check within TAT. Follow-up of customer spares & components for Non- RoutineTasks. Ensures material request required for Routine and Non- Routine task are raised against required tasks. Raising purchase request for General tools against MX inputs and coordinate with purchase for technical queries and till delivery. Based on weekly/monthly Shelf-life report generated from ERP, prioritize and pre-plan the consumption before during next C check.
