As a Platform Management Intern at EdgePoint Towers Inc., a telecommunications tower infrastructure company in the ASEAN region, I play a vital role in supporting the company’s operations and ensuring seamless platform management. My primary responsibilities involve managing two key platforms: Smart Key and ISAAC. The Smart Key platform is utilized to handle user accounts and activations for Elocks or electronic locks, which are essential for secure access to the company’s telecommunications towers. Meanwhile, the ISAAC platform, which stands for Integrated-Service-Application-Access-Channel, serves as a comprehensive system for managing tower infrastructure, forms, and other critical processes. I oversee the platform’s UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments, ensuring their smooth operation and alignment with company objectives.In addition to platform management, I provide IT support by addressing and resolving tickets raised through Jira, a project management tool used to track and manage software-related tasks. Through this role, I assist in implementing solutions that enhance team collaboration, improve visibility, and boost productivity. This internship has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in managing essential operational platforms while contributing to the efficiency of EdgePoint’s over 2,800 active sites in the Philippines. It has also strengthened my skills in IT support, project management, and platform optimization within a professional setting.

Selected as the first Notion Campus Leader at NU Baliwag and among the pioneers in the Philippines, I played a key role in building a community that promotes productivity, management, and organization through the Notion platform. Supported by Notion, I organized and facilitated events, workshops, and webinars to introduce and teach the platform to fellow students. This experience allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals and equip peers with valuable skills in using Notion, a tool that enhances both academic and professional life.

I proudly represented NU Baliwag and Bulacan as the first student from my university and the lone delegate from my province to be selected for the prestigious Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC), 25th batch. Alongside 80+ young leaders from across the Philippines, I engaged in a transformative leadership summit that provided invaluable insights and perspectives. Guided by Ayala Executives and leaders from its group of companies, I developed leadership skills, nurtured a sense of nationalism, and strengthened my commitment to making a positive impact in my community.

As the first Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador at my campus, I was entrusted with the responsibility of adding this technical community to our NU Literates organization under the IT department. We organized workshops and mentoring sessions to cultivate learning and collaboration among students. Microsoft provided me with access to specialized courses and an MLSA student account. Through dedication and the completion of program requirements, I was promoted to the Alpha level. My MLSA journey concluded in January 2024, as I transitioned to take on greater responsibilities and duties on campus.

In my first official leadership role, I served as the ICT & DTA Representative on the STI Malolos SHS Student Council. I represented the interests of the ICT & DTA strands in council meetings and played an active role in student governance. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic during the latter half of our term, I remained committed to fulfilling my duties and contributed to the council's efforts to adapt and thrive in unprecedented circumstances. This experience was instrumental in honing my leadership and organizational skills.

During my tenure as Vice President of the NU Literates Community, I also assumed the role of OIC President, leading the official academic organization of the IT Department at NU Baliwag. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, I successfully managed and revitalized the organization, ensuring the continued growth and engagement of our members. We organized a series of webinars, competitions, and other activities, both online and in-person, focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our members, fostering a strong sense of community even in a virtual environment.

Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) are community groups for college and university students interested in Google developer technologies. Selected as the first GDSC Lead in Bulacan and the second in Central Luzon for 2022, I proudly represented NU Baliwag in the Google Developer Student Clubs program. In this role, I established the first GDSC community at our campus, creating a dynamic organization that hosted workshops and developed projects utilizing Google technologies. My leadership focused on bridging the gap between students and professional growth, networking opportunities, and industry-ready skills. Through various events and initiatives, I empowered students to build solutions for community challenges and fostered a thriving community of tech enthusiasts.

I completed an 80-hour internship at NexBridge Technologies Inc., where I actively contributed to a team developing systems using the Laravel framework. During my internship, I gained hands-on experience in building web-based applications, creating prototypes, and designing flowcharts for various projects. Despite the hybrid work environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I immersed myself in the company’s professional culture and collaborated closely with mentors who guided my learning and development in software engineering.
