I love working autonomously, thats why "remote working" suits me best. In my latest role, with Candela, I was brought in specifically to grow the recurring revenue for the service team. Starting with a sub - $100,000 per month budget I have, at times, doubled that amount despite the widespread lockdowns that have inevitably impacted our client's businesses over the last few years. My excellent communication skills, which I've developed organically and intentionally over many years, has enabled me to empathise and maximise my client relationships and without meeting a single client in person! People ultimately respond to people. Nevertheless process tactics and strategy are also important. Since joining Candela I have created new service agreement clusters, brought our contract formalisation into the 21st Century and optimised our CRM (Salesforce) from being largely unhelpful to "fit for purpose". I am presently collaborating with our Marketing Department to design an ongoing awareness campaign designed to "win back" our un-contracted clients. I thrive in an environment where financial reward matches real outcomes and encourages creative thinking and continuous improvement.
