During these two roles my contributions have included:• Overseeing and participating to significant company growth over a ten-year tenure across all areas of revenue, IBIT, profitability and market share (now # 1 in Australia, up from # 3), and employees growing from 20 to 50. • Supervising extensive physical expansion from one location in Sydney to offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Auckland with thousands of customers across Australia and New Zealand. • Leading the business through turmoil during Covid to emerge stronger than ever, maintaining a robust position in the market and achieving swift recovery and growth soon after. • Managing several new innovative approaches to marketing and positioning of products as test cases for the global business, which subsequently informed decisions in other international markets.• Initiating strategy to extend industry standard warranty period from one to three years with immense success - both from a customer satisfaction and commercial perspective. • Increasing profitability and market share while driving significant competitive advantage, with all competitors still unable to match Candela's more favourable terms. • Designing and executing a new transparent pricing strategy, forming the basis of a new global direction. • Being selected to join the global operating committee in 2018, charged with developing new business strategies and directly providing advice and support to the global C suite.
