• Qualifying, processing, following up on leads• Setting an appointment through emails, SMS, and phone calls (new and existing leads)• Effectively communicate and present the MOW NOW services and value proposition to the clients• Understanding and promoting the company’s lawn mowing and gardening services to new clients• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of the clients• Preparing and submitting work summaries regularly• Organizing and keeping the lead status updated in the CRM software• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients• Sending work lists or instructions to the gardeners daily• Issuing and posting bills, receipts, and invoice• Ensuring all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines• Receiving and sorting incoming payments of new and existing clients through online payments, credit card or bank transfer payments

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of the clients• Managing calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters• Arranging information for internal and external communication through memos, emails, presentations, reports• Answering high volume of customer calls to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction• Developing strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders to the bank partners and clients• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.• Preparing, submitting and analyzing financial reports on a regular basis• Providing research intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors• Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives• Cross-selling and upselling BPI-Philam products to BPI customers
