As a Co-Founder and Co-Director of Talentpath, I have the privilege of working with a highly experienced and passionate team of Recruitment Professionals. I have a strategic focus across our traditional recruitment divisions; Business Services, HR & Talent Acquisition, Accounting & Finance, Projects, Change and ICT and Sales & Marketing driving creative and high impact recruitment solutions to a broad range of clients and developing strong career strategies and opportunities for a quality group of experienced candidates.

Working with the original Futurestep team in the set up stage of the QLD Dept of Main Roads Career Centre, I was contracted to support the DMR business establish a national and international sourcing campaign. My core focus was to develop strategies that would attract calibre candidates from around the globe primarily for the Engineering & Technical roles across their high profile projects. The key outcomes were developing a DMR centric brand for all role advertising, determining and coordinating key national and international candidate attraction events, developing a recruitment agency supply panel, establishing an advertising agency panel, writing sourcing plans for international markets, delivering training, creating a talent pool and implementing the candidate management strategy.

I had the opportunity to work across two of Alexander Mann’s major banking and finance RPO’s. Joining the team in the Brisbane Suncorp Careers Centre I recruited qualified accounting professionals across all divisions of Suncorp. I was then very excited to relocate to Melbourne as part of the onsite ANZ team where my focus was supporting the recruitment and talent pooling for the Institutional arm of the bank.

As a Senior Recruiter in the Brisbane team, I delivered permanent recruitment solutions to a commercial client base across Business Services and Accounting.
