I was doublé finalist to Ideas prize 2014 for major improvement initiatives in TCP plant, I obtained savings around 1’700.000 USD thanks to improvement projects, I reach over 1’000.000 worked hours and nearly 2 years without incidents.

• Support the accreditation process of ICONTEC according to ISO/IEC65 scheme to certificate vehicle conversion workshops, automotive components and CNG Vehicles in Colombia (Res. 0957/2012).• Support the accreditation process of M.T.E. according to ISO 17020 standard for the calibration inspection of automotive service stations in Colombia (Dec. 1521/1998).• Support the accreditation process of ICONTEC according to ISO 17020 standard for the calibration inspection of automotive service stations in Colombia (Dec. 1521/1998).• Support the accreditation process of Verifylab according to ISO 17020 standard for the inspection of gas plants for medical uses.

• Provide consultation engineering and technical advisory on technical regulations and standards compliance of equipment and components of CNG for vehicles.• Provide advice and support on the issue of standards equivalence concepts by manufacturers and recognition concepts issued by regulatory and control agencies according to the National Quality System.• Process the acceptance of conformity assessment documents according to Res. 180928/2008 by certification bodies and conformity assessment entities.ACHIEVEMENTS: I ensured the conformity of nearly 4000 steel cylinders installed in automotive service stations without previous recognized conformity mechanisms, I was invited contributor in the regulation section of ‘Gas Vehicular’ magazine.

• Lead the technical affairs regarding the regulatory and metrological control of the CNG, fuels, energy and automotive industries in Colombia.• Design the national verification schemes for technical regulations, support inspection and control activities, perform Company audits and support the new regulations drawing.• Prepare concepts and inquiries regarding technical regulations, work on technical analysis and rapports and support the legal area in the administrative proceedings.• Provide advisory on technical issues of industry, automotive sector and energy; also in quality, ISO schemes, technical regulations and standards.ACHIEVEMENTS: I was member of the Intersectoral commission on quality representing the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, I was invited contributor in technical regulations of ‘Gas Vehicular’ magazine, I increased over 200% the average annual number of investigated companies for regulatory affairs in the CNG industry, I worked on the elaboration of technical regulations for the automotive industry (e.g: res. 0957/2012).

Development of equipment to improve the productivity of small and medium manufacturers
