Support the Connectional Ministries/Leadership Development staff through administrative tasks.

-Oversee the daily financial operations of the church, including receipt of donations, financial reporting, and coordinating with the church's bookkeeper to fulfill accounts payable.-Advise the Senior Pastor and lay Governance Team on human resources matters.-Manage the logistics of weekly services in a rental facility including coordinating with facility representatives, equipment transportation, and supply procurement.-Coordinate volunteers including intake of new volunteers, placement of volunteers in appropriate positions, training, and other routine matters.

Maintains primary responsibility for the administration of the campus ministry, including general oversight of financial, facility, and human resources processes.

Assist with the development and review of campus emergency operations plans (EOPs). Take lead on special projects, particularly those involving the integration of information technology into departmental operations.

Develop and implement a data-driven system for assimilating guests into the church community. Duties include coordination with each ministry area to create a comprehensive plan, coordination with the senior pastor to ensure the plan aligns with the church's mission and faith-based objectives, and implementation of a church management system to track community members along the process.

Manage the career path of Disaster Services volunteers affiliated with the West Alabama Chapter. Includes recruiting, training, placing, and supporting the volunteers during their time with the chapter.

Operate production equipment (including audio, lighting, and projection equipment) every Sunday for a contemporary worship service, and at other times as needed for special events. Duties include design of graphics for services and events, coordination with church staff and other volunteers, and maintenance of equipment, as well as training in all aspects of the production of an event in order to competently fill in for other volunteers on short notice.

Primary duties include level two and three support for approximately 10,000 students and faculty on a Novell ZENworks network. Included tasks are user and device administration, application migration to the ZENworks platform for network distribution, and user and workstation policy creation. Special projects include administration and maintenance of approximately 50 laptops issued to honors students, image development and support of approximately 800 netbooks running a customized version of Ubuntu Linux issued to fifth graders as part of a 1-to-1 initiative, and higher-level knowledge of the ZENworks system to support users and other technicians and administrators.

Front-line and and advanced support for all technical needs within the practice including internal and external networking, hardware, and software. Hardware products supported include a Dell PowerEdge server, various Dell workstations, and Wyse WinTerm thin clients. Software supported includes the Microsoft Office Suite, MSSQL, and Allscripts Professional PM and EHR. Network is a Windows 2000 domain with Windows XP workstations. Administration and support also provided for the Google Apps email and collaboration platform.
