Since joining CA Technologies Data Management division my team has delivered some of the strongest quarters in the past 5 years. Working on core measurements such as Partner Breadth, structured partner training for both sales and pre-sales, offering high levels of service to the channels through telesales, telemarketing initiatives, improving backend processes, delivering improved Product Mix of D2D, RHA and Traditional Tape Backup Solutions to customers and the channels. I have been particularly focused in overseeing expansion into core markets such as Korea and China and as a result of additional resourcing with execution on these strategies significant growth in these markets has been attained. With a number of these core initiatives ANZ, India, SEA also continue to deliver year over year growth metrics and contribute to Asia Pacifics ongoing growth and success.

June 2010 Vision Solutions acquired Double-Take Software, responsibilities as before and included managing the Japanese market as well as responsibility for the Vision portfolioRelocated to Hong Kong August 2008 to help develop Double Take sales team and strategy for APeJ, this encompasses Channel, HP, Dell development.Prior to this I was responsible for managing the HP Relationship across EMEA for the Storage Mirroring product (This is an OEM of Double Take). Covers HP, Partners, End Users in developing the Storage Mirroring Business. Business has doubled in under 2 years.

Involved with setting up the EMEA channel for Yosemite Technologies, building inside sales, external sales, pre-sales.
