Key Responsibilities- End to end project management of NSW seasonal events, activations and installations- Develop and manage client and stakeholder relationships through entire project lifecycle- Communicate briefs, create project timelines and monitor internal department deliverables for projects using MS Project and CRM Software- Tender preparation and proposal management - Logistical management i.e. equipment transport, material acquisition- Operational management of install teams, external suppliers and plant hire- Compliance, WHS and risk management- Financial management, budget development, cost analysis- Oversee production and quality control of projects with warehouse and assembly teams- Conduct feasibility and concept development with creative teams- Scheduling and timeline production, present weekly reports and create project records

I used my transition between leaving the UK and moving back to Australia as a time to travel through Central and South America for eight months, immersing myself in Latin American culture and learning Spanish.
