In charge of the Global Product Support Team for the Electrofill BU. This team provides factory product support to the Novellus regional service teams and global customers. The GPS team also acts as the primary interface between the filed support teams and factory engineering teams. This support include install, warranty & post warranty support for corrective and preventative actions. The Product support team is also responsible for controlling/reducing install and warranty spending.
