I provided technical support services for Intergraph’s public safety customers. These customers operate emergency management 911 communications centers and require support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I performed on-site software installations, product customizations, and customer training services for the Intergraph Law Enforcement Advanced Data System (I/Leads) customers. I also worked on the software design and implementation test teams as well as the customer support help desk.
