Be able to replicate provided designs and meet all functional requirements of the project.• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)• Good judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a finely tuned balance of technical purity and pragmatism.• Knowledge of common code design patterns, design principles and industry best practices.

Part of an amazing team who created a community where anyone can sign up and "battle-rap" each other for a record deal with SRC Records and $100,000. Lead by Steve Rifkin, Joseph Safina and some well known DJ's in the industry that donated their tracks to the contest where users were able to buy them for $.99, use them in their own tracks and upload them to the site.We had a huge responsibility to make the site and software easy to use and maintained for thousands of people as well as handle large amounts of traffic.• Responsible for all UI development• Developed a reusable mp3 player where the users can listen to their tracks• Developed a reusable video player for users to watch the episodes of the contest• Developed the entire front-end of the portal with HTML/CSS/Javascript• Worked with .NET
