In my current role, I support the administrative duties involved with Mortgage and Equity Line Visa payout discharge requests. Through self-learning how to incorporate Macros into an Excel file I successfully implemented multiple tailored tools which streamlined both primary and secondary processes, generating correspondences in Word or Excel, and in one case enabled robotic process automation. As a result:• Productivity of our primary task to generate payout statements increased by an average of 35% across our team and saved the company $70K in administrative labour• Throughput of a secondary task to payout visa mortgages decreased by 80% and saved the company $30K in administrative labour• Nominated for "Win as a Team" award during inaugural Home Awards ceremony (2019)
