• Provide in-person and remote technical support to the attorney’s, officers, administrators, and analysts.• Manage user accounts via Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Center, Entra, and Azure, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts. • Configure and deploy over a total of 200 laptops and smartphones within a 2-month period.• Collaborate with Networking, Programming, and Security team to implement system upgrades, inform users of scheduled changes, and mitigate cyber security threats.
