I have over 20 years of experience in public and private higher education, and I am pursing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and hold a MEd in Instructional Systems.My core competencies include designing and implementing effective and innovative strategies for student engagement and retention, creating and sustaining programs, services, and partnerships that impact student academic and co-curricular engagement, and fostering diversity and inclusion among students, faculty, and staff.
