Improved an internal microservice's 7-day average outgoing QoS reliability from 99.85 to >99.9 by adding resiliency to outgoing network calls. 3. Identified that a prod watchdog API test was a source of on-call noise. Refactored the service's outgoing call fan-out logic to improve reliability for the API path, and this eliminated the on-call noise. 4.
