Customer Experience Certificate Program at The George Washington University School of Business

As Regional Manager I am currently getting our pilot store up and running. Once revenues and staffing is at an appropriate level, my primary function will shift from the customer centered, production side of this business into the expansion of BizCard Xpress within our Region (Eastern Missouri) as well as helping to improve the corporate footprint all over the country.
