When one tries to apply the loosely defined term to their operational systems, it gets even more confusing. How can there be a "win-win" in business? Isn't the whole essence of business to conduct transactions? A transaction in which one gives....or "loses"....their money or goods in exchange for the product or service being offered by the company.
