It is an expanded offering for some of our largest clients. I was a Technical Support Engineer and Developer in our Boston office prior to the Business Consultant Team Lead position in Japan. In my current position I am able to supervise coworkers, work with clients, and consult with management as a remote employee away from the Boston office.My previous consulting experience, product and IP knowledge along with development and technical expertise position me to offer tailored and agile solutions to support the clients I work with. This ranges from management of complex customer queries, business process mapping, product debugging or even checking in revised code in a full stack development capacity.
