•Assist Strength and Conditioning Coaches in leading workouts and team activities •Responsible for setting up and break down of all functions •Work individually with players to improve form and overall strength •Participated in weekly deep cleanings of the facility

•Perform excellent customer service to all patrons who need assistance •Ensure all equipment is clean and up to standard use •Supervise the facility to guarantee all rules are being followed, making it a safer environment for all patrons •Delegate tasks to attendants to help ensure the facilities are operating at the highest potential

•Assist with the marketing and promotion of Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs •Aid participants with registration, the payment of fines, and other procedures •Lead portions of officials trainings-assigned by Graduate Assistants

•Continually practice decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, and game management skills through positive interactions with intramural sports participants •Provide feedback to other officials based on their performances, assisting them in getting better •Manage the set-up, operation, and break down of intramural and sport club events

•Officiate competitions in men’s, women’s, co-recreational, and unified sport leagues •Conduct captains meetings and communicate respectively with patrons to maintain sportsmanship and safety in all scheduled games •Participate in scheduled mini-clinics to improve understanding of rules and regulations

•Oversaw maintenance and organization of driving range and putting green to enhance the experience for each golfer •Utilized knowledge of golf to assist and educate golfers on various techniques to identify the most effective ways to improve golf performance •Assisted with the setup, management, and breakdown of events/ tournaments of 36 to 120 participants of various age and ability level
