CurrentDuring this period, I have been honing my expertise in various aspects of project management consulting and in services related to Project Management Offices (PMOs). My focal areas have been portfolio, program, and project management governance standards, tailoring project management methodologies to suit client-specific needs, and meticulous project scoping, planning, and scheduling for client projects.Noteworthy examples of my project management consulting experiences in this period include:1. Sibanye Stillwater Montana Operations: I performed a site visit in Montana to conduct a current state analysis on the client's Stay-in-business (SIB) project management governance practices and subsequently developed a Project Management Framework for their SIB projects.2. Anglo American Platinum Stay-in-business Department: I developed a robust project management process and delivered training to equip the personnel with the necessary skills to effectively apply the process in their projects.3. Myplas USA: In collaboration with the team, I remotely provided planning and scheduling services to assist the client in establishing a pioneering plastic recycling plant in Rogers, Minnesota.4. Government Employee Medical Scheme (South Africa): I conducted an Organizational Project Management Maturity Assessment and developed an integrated Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Methodology for the client.Furthermore, I have in this period made significant contributions to project management blended learning initiatives by designing and implementing a range of blended learning courses, such as the Applied Project Management Course, the Applied Planning & Scheduling Course, and the Applied Project Risk Management Course.
