My passion in life is to help educate young people, who are developing a belief system that holds together their thoughts, values, ideas, and convictions. Being a quality school administrator, who knows the ins and outs of best practices, what to educationally prioritize that generates undeniable learning results, and how to help teachers grow in their professional skills, is personally and professionally rewarding.I have an inexhaustible interest in learning about psychology, sociology, theology and counseling that provides me with a deep understanding of how people are shaped and motivated with the skills necessary to help others towards personal and professional growth. There is nothing that creates more joy than seeing people grow and develop in their professional lives.
