Jim is a Specialist Leader in the Government Public Services (GPS) practice with a focus on Sustainability, Climate, and Equity and Human Capital. Jim is currently leading multiple initiatives including the HOMES and HEEHRA offering, a comprehensive solution for states' leveraging Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) grants to make residents homes more energy efficient and electrified as well as a carbon accounting software platform as part of a path-to-net-zero solution.

Jim worked as a Senior Manager in the CFO-EV (Enterprise Value) Consulting Practice within the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT).His responsibilities included leading consultant teams and managing client relationships for Finance Transformation, Enterprise Analytics and Value Architecture projects. His experiences included:- Covid Contacting Tracing project leveraging SalesForce- Analyzing the close cycle for a finance organization for it's R2R, A/P, A/R, Rev Rec and FP&A functions and shortening it from 7 days to 3 days.- Performing business case development (Value Architecture) and justification of multiple Finance Transformation projects including SAP S/4 Hana.- Developing and executing reporting and analytic strategies for financial and operational functions. - Analysis of annual planning and consolidation processes as part of SAP Central Finance and BPC Roadmap and Business Case project.- Analysis of FP&A and Analytic reporting functions with recommended strategy and roadmap for Anaplan implementation.

I was also responsible for oversight of NRM's utility program development for commercial refrigeration measures throughout the country.I helped successfully grow the company from 8 employees to over 80 and grew our participation in Energy Efficiency utility programs from 2 to more than 33. In the process, the number of customers that participated in retrofitting their locations with our solutions exceeded over 14,000 participants, creating over 1 Billion kWh’s savings.
