Hahn Memorial Scholarship. He received a BS in Financial Services with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2005.

Direct the acquisition efforts of one of San Diego's largest affordable housing development companies and assist in financing of affordable housing developments through the use of low income housing tax credits, tax exempt bonds, and other subsidies as available in subject markets. Source land for development as well as acquisition/rehabilitation properties through land owners, brokers, and municipalities.Assist the management of real estate development projects while working with general contractors, architects, property managers, local officials, lenders, and attorneys to ensure projects move forward on time and within budget.
