Received 7 months of training in various parts of our operations division. Served 4 months in the customer service department as a Transportation Customer Service Representative. I was responsible for the container management of a key account in the Dallas area.Responsibilities included the following:-Managed 150+ containers weekly.-Promptly informed customers on the status of their containers through continuous tracking via our container management system. -Provided thorough communication through phone and email conversations.-Oversaw the invoicing of an account generating well over $2,000,000+ in yearly revenue.Next, I transitioned and spent 3 months with the Dispatch Operations team.Responsibilities included the following:-Efficiently dispatch 90+ drivers daily.-Cut company costs through eliminating bobtails for our drivers.-Participated on a team that managed 200+ import container drays a day.
