LinkedIn About sections rarely make anyone's Recommended Reading list (although I've seen some great ones), so in the interest of brevity, here are five things about me.1. I make molehills out of mountains. As an instructional designer, my passion is distilling complex processes and issues down to simple, stackable concepts that enable participants to learn and then apply.2. I've created all kinds of training content - e-learning courses, instructor-led curriculum, videos, job aids, huddle guides, I've pretty much done it all.3. I started my journey in Learning and Development in the classroom, which provides a unique perspective into what learners really engage with (and don't). That perspective helps me create training content that is engaging and effective, resulting in improved skills and behaviors.4. In my free time, you might find me on the golf course, at the piano, reading a book, watching the 49ers, or playing video games with friends.5.
