-Serve as the central point of contact for all client inquiries and demands; respond to client inquiries quickly -Execute upon various client projects, focusing on client deliverables and maintaining/adhering to strict timelines and due dates on all requests and deliverables -Focus on strategic oversight of account, working closely with the Vice President of Strategic Development to recommend strategic marketing / PR initiatives-Delegate projects and requests to Marketing Assistant(s) or appropriate teams as they are received -Ensure critical messaging has been included in all communication and expectations have been met on all writing requests

-Execute regular email marketing campaigns on behalf of clients, adhering to email marketing best practices-Ensure all email marketing campaigns follow quality assurance processes to guarantee accurate and on-time campaign delivery-Deliver reports and insights that accurately measure the performance of each email campaign-Work with the team to execute client newsletters including compilation and delivery-Per direction from supervisor, manage websites for assigned clients, including but not limited to, website content updates, blog postings, press releases, news, etc.-Assist with website projects, testing, and fixes

-Support and maintain marketing initiatives for three (3) regional sales offices-Arrange participation and logistics for over 25 tradeshows annually which directly result in new logo business for our sales team-Create and maintain research databases-Responsible for coordinating eight (8) golf outings, seminars, and customer appreciation events to include sponsorship, advertising, awards, etc.-Support marketing initiatives to penetrate new markets as well as gain brand recognition.

-Act as a liaison between management, personnel, clients, and vendors. -Organize travel and maintain meeting schedules for managers. -Track/ship packages for corporate personnel. -Perform billing, file management, and data entry skills.
