James has over ten years of experience in the IT solutions, communications, and acquisition fields, through service in both the public and private sectors, and he is looking for work that is meaningful, impactful, and which will lead to a better world for everyone.James' early career has been defined by developing communications for political organizations and trade associations, which led him to develop coding and technological proficiencies; the current phase of his career has been defined by the leveraging of my process analytics and automation skills to improve business operations and acquisition efficiency for the Federal Government. Higher-visibility projects James has supported include the USCIS Electronic Immigration System (ELIS), FEMA’s acquisition of Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs), and FEMA's Enterprise Data Analytics Modernization Initiative (EDAMI). Through these engagements he has held leadership roles, where he worked directly with clients to define requirements and led teams to provide a wide range of services.
