PROCESS MANAGER: Calculate practical KPI’s through raw data while maximizing output and mitigating waste at department levels. Act as interim manager while filling position after last manager retired. Improve all workflows, document all duties and build a training module for this position. (There was zero documentation so I was forced to start from scratch.) Manage a team of direct reports. The initial purpose was to create the framework for a smooth turnover while the upper echelon searched for a candidate to fill the position. I accomplished this while maintaining goal momentum as the Process Manager and also creating practical solutions in inventory management and increasing accuracy and speed in material distribution.

Built a shop on previously unusable land as a hub to build and maintain over 50 acres of finished facilities (5 office buildings, 2 packing facilities, 20 greenhouses, 3 phase and water pumping infrastructure, and 70 outdoor pads). Maintained a budget of $40k monthly operational and over $1m annual cap-ex. Led a team of 4 to execute all the above within 5 years.INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Coordinated teams and sub-contractors to expand an e-commerce physical operation from 15 acres to over 52 finished acres over 5 years. Built over 12 automated greenhouses increasing winter sales potential by over 600%. Expedited quick re-fits for 3 residential houses for usable office space to accommodate exponential annual growth. Coordinated the installation of over 50 miles of irrigation pipes and their associated controls with conventional and 2-wire systems. Designed and built primary and secondary packing and distribution facilities allowing the expansion from 800 orders to 5000 orders daily (including outdoor PLC enabled conveyor systems and carton closing/banding operations.)
