I would counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning. I would discuss financial assistance, university policies & requirements with students. My job was to maintain communications and relations with students through the admission process and into school semester, setting them up for success.
