PwC exercise: Identified operational problems within a coffeehouse chain and created process mapping to speed up coffee delivery, improve the customer experience and reduce the extent of labour required. Accenture exercise: Suggested creative UX improvements for a ‘buggy’ app – used multiple data sources to identify complex UX problems, communicated with clients to make improvements and developed an implementation plan. BCG exercise: Improved the profitability of a telecoms company by using handset leasing – compiled research, analysed financial statements, evaluated the market and summarised my findings by way of an executive summary. Deloitte internship: Considered how online banking, cloud computing and financial software could prove to be beneficial to a client’s operations by evaluating their benefits, costs and process improvements.

Analysed qualitative data to ‘design’ an approach to increase the specificity when genetic editing mosquitoes.Constructed the ‘design’ and attempted to quantify the statistical significance when compared with the old design.
