I am originally from Colombia, South America, I have more than six years experience in mining in Colombia and one in USA. I graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering and a M,Sc., in Geotechnical Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. While studying at UK I authored and co-authored several per-review publications. My research primary interests lie in airblast and ground vibrations as effect of mine blasting, geological modeling, geomechanics and geostatistics.
