My practice focuses on business litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants including appeals, arbitration, corporate governance, contracts, insurance coverage, employment, franchise, intellectual property, officer/director/shareholder, professional liability, securities, and trade secrets. I have tried cases in five states and have handled a number of high-profile matters covered by the media including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Journal/Constitution, Tampa Tribune, National Law Journal, Raleigh News & Observer, Gainesville Times, Fulton County Dailly Report, Atlanta Business Chronicle and others. I was one of the principal trial defense lawyers in a 5 month jury trial in Florida that The National Law Journal selected as a top ten defense verdict. Although representing plaintiffs is only 50% of our practice, I have obtained judgments and settlements totaling millions of $ over the last 5 years.
