Starting my career in technology I was a call center representative who quickly moved into a peer coaching role and worked with resource planning. Next I worked as a field technician and developed foundational technical skills working with customers face to face before transitioning my skills to the Service Desk. I worked as a senior technician before moving into a leadership role as a field support Coordinator helping manage projects, coach staff, and run day-to-day operations for the support team. Again I have transitioned into a higher level role as a Business Solutions Analyst focusing on continual improvement of my organization and dept as a whole. I have leveraged Professional Development programs provided by my organization to continue to increase my knowledge in areas that I can immediately apply to my job.
