I continue to enjoy my tenure at Office Depot in the Rancho Cucamonga, CA. My leadership has been expanded to up to 4 stores as stores and teams go through leadership or personnel changes. I always enjoy expanding my area of responsibility as it allows me to learn new and differing perspectives. I have had the pleasure of working with a great group of leaders and associates in Rancho Cucamonga over the last 15+ years I have been at this location. We continue to have a great mix of experience and talents, helping us achieve our goals. I am extremely proud of our teams desire to champion client satisfaction. For over 4 years running, we have had company leading (top 5%) results in Medallia NPS.I have been able to continually evolve as a leader as well as learn new skills. Office Depot has allowed me to expand my knowledge in the data and business analytics world, using real life data to drive meaningful change. I've been fortunate to have leaders above me who have taken the time to listen, challenge and advance my analysis to affect change in the location. We have altered sales plans, labor plans, client satisfaction processes, category and product mix, sales floor merchandising, operational process, training process and loss prevention process according to the data being presented.

Responsible for up to 25 stores at a time during my tenure. Worked my way up through the stores starting as a sales associate out of college and took the position of district manager for the last ten years of my employment at Blockbuster.I am most proud of the people I worked with during my time at Blockbuster, many of whom are still friends today. I had the chance to develop and coach so many associates, first time managers and experienced managers while working in a fun environment in the entertainment industry. The greatest lesson I learned at Blockbuster was that the most important part of any business is the people. Invest everything you have in the people you work with, make them better and the business will prosper.
