Worked directly with teachers to resolve a variety of problems submitted through help desk software. Assisted with large scale distribution of MacBooks to all teachers in district, numbering over 1,200 devices. Work included experience with JAMF and other mobile device management systems.

Designed and implemented a technical track for a theatre summer school. Created experiences to educate students in use of tools and equipment needed to execute lighting, scenery and stage management.
