Manage and administrating of Systems and Services for Banks, Provide OS patching and hardening on core servers.Follow and practice ITIL and processes with documentation and supporting paper trails for every change done at the infrastructure levels.Perform code deployments onto the core application servers periodically.Currently one of the core support personnel for the recent launch of "FAST" transfer service for 14 Banks in Singapore through Banks' internet banking.Brainstorm and implement the automation of Operating Systems in the form of UNIX/Windows Scripts for the infrastructure as an additional task to facilitate better support for both internal team and other teams such as Security Administrators and Operations, mainly to reduce time taken which tasks initially were performed manually and many to be executed during late hours past midnight that increased the risks of human errors.

Held a Team Lead Role for an estimated period of 9 months in the year of 2012, to lead and manage a team of 4 System Engineers and arrange for appropriate human resources for projects supported by the Infrastructure/Systems Team. At the same time advise and mentor the team members on technical areas, especially more on technical troubleshooting on application middlewares and System OS related problems.Provide and perform maintenance support for mainly Government Agencies,Provide with monthly reports on the services/servers/systems status to the Government Agencies' IDA representatives and advise on solutions for any outages or upgrades for the particular Agencies' services/systems,In charge of implementation of new infrastructures for new customers, mostly Government Agencies' project tenders or overseas Government projects such as Brunei, Qatar and Indonesia.As an additional task in additional to the basic technical support, to plan and then implement OS scripts in RHEL (RedHat Enterprise Linux) mainly for automation purpose to extend further the coverage for Systems/Services support during after working/support hours whereby support personnel are not physically present onsite in the Data Center(s).

Provide systems/servers maintenance support to Government Agencies within the Government Data Center.Provide customers with monthly report indicating the status of the servers/system/services in the particular month and advise for any solutions or upgrades/improvements to better facilitate support to the customers' public facing services.Follow strictly to the ITIL and all changes/releases/asset-managements are closely monitored and updated promptly.As an extra scope outside the basic technical support, to think of and then deploy OS scripts in various Systems (mainly HPUX, AIX, Solaris, and Windows Server) for automation purpose to extend further the coverage for Systems/Services support during after working/support hours whereby only routine Operations personnel are available for first level supports.
