• Cultivate existing and be proactive in seeking new partnerships with local businesses, colleges, hospitals and community centers to promote our brand.• Coordinate with contractors to create signage and promotional items.• Design logos, promotional material, print and digital advertisements while maintaining our brand assets.• Plan and execute Facebook ads, ILS, Google ads, email blasts, and use SEO tools effectively• Prepare and analyze reports using internal tracking and Google Analytics showing the success of our advertising initiatives to determine budgeting for the following year.

• Supervise and motivate Leasing Consultants to rent apartments, while updating and maintaining the Leasing Offices to ensure an attractive presentation to prospects.• Ensure Leasing Consultants are effectively demonstrating our company values and brand, while adhering to current advertising initiatives and keeping accurate paperwork.• Meet with COO, VP of Marketing and Advertising Director to discuss Leasing Consultant issues, suggest apartment pricing and advertising strategies.• Shop our competition to determine pricing and specials for comparable apartments.• Inspect available vacant apartments to ensure an attractive presentation to prospects.

• Communicate with help agencies regarding help they are giving to residents, verify guarantee of help, and process monies given from help agencies.• File eviction proceedings on residents who are delinquent on their rent, to assist the same residents to try and prevent the eviction proceedings, and to coordinate the eviction process with the courts and sheriff's.

Create digital media to accompany live recordings of local sporting events, community meetings and ceremonies.
