Customer supporting and training • More than 800-hour customer supporting experience, including support internal sales, presales and customers to solve NX CAD/CAM and TCM application issues, summarize their problems and feedback to related product manager and software engineer, customer support targets including Haier, Foxconn, LKM, Samsung and some other military defense utilities. Customer issues cover all aspects of NX CAD/CAM and TCM, such as pre-process of CAD models, manufacturing process planning, CAM programming, Feature based machining, post builder, manufacturing planner, part planner, MBOM, resource browser, NC browser. • Customer training materials preparation, including a set of NX CAM multiple axis machining training material [5 days training session, more than 400 PPT slides and more than 70 training videos], a set of NX CAM customization training material [5 days training session, more than 200 PPT slides and more than 40 training videos]. • New employees NX CAM/ TCM application training, testing platform building.2. Research and New Requirement collection • Act as Chamber Member of NX CAM team, research and comparison works on other CAM software, find out the defects of NX CAM and in composing an enhancement report to product manager. 3.
