Jia joined RGE in 2022. She is General Manager, Corporate Finance. Prior to her role at RGE, Jia was Head of Corporate Finance Greater China, ING. She was specialised in cross-border M&A advisory with 16 years in investment banking. Jia was Head of M&A and Corporate Advisory at Rabobank in Hong Kong, advising clients in food and agriculture industries. Jia previously spent eight years with UBS Investment Bank in London, Beijing and Hong Kong. She was involved in origination and execution of cross-border transactions in logistics, oil & gas, consumer and retail, capital goods and general industrial sectors.
