New target validation on immunology and I/O; Leading biological potency evaluation from early stage to IND, including screening, MOA,animal model efficacy, PKPD correlation, IND data package, IND/IP document writing; Collaboration with multi-department and CRO.

Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for in vitro study for the botanical drug projects, including MOA study, cGMP purposed bioassay optimization and validation, CMC supporting, CRO collaboration, IP/IND document writing and cFDA on-site inspection. Lead and execute the project work, supervise and arrange colleagues to complete the projects. 2. Set up enzyme-based, cell-based assays, functional assays and ex vivo assays for autoimmune disease related or immuno-oncology therapy related targets. 3. Get involved in some collaborative projects, such as P&G, Elilly, J&J and Nestle.4. As a member of Company Culture Committee, organize company/group activities. Main achievements:1. Efficiently collaborate with colleagues and develop three candidates for autoimmune disease. One was stopped in phase3 interim analysis in U.S. The other two are in process of IND.2. IP writing as one of the inventor.3. As a member of company culture committee, organize over 25 times culture activity or outing.4. Promotion five times due to the excellent performance. 5.
