As the head of bioanalytical department, leading the bioanalytical lab in PPC China to support the clinical and preclinical bio-samples analysis;Make the annual task of the department, including revenue and operation target;Work with BD colleague for customer development and maintenance;Doing optimization for the operation and management of department, scheduling studies and arranging the resources. Increase efficiency and decrease cost.Lead the department to react for the inspection from health authorities, such as NMPA;Write and modify department SOPs, and solve the technicial/quality issues;Doing the performance evaluation for staffs, developing hiring and training system in department.

CDSER is a GLP certified facility which is doing the Toxicity study;As the department head, lead the Formulation and Bioanalysis department, the deparment has several part of function: test item management, formulation preparation and analysis, bioanalysis;By optimizing the operation, significantly increase the quality and efficiency of the department; Attend the technical discusstion for PK and Toxicity study design, solving technical issues;Schedule and arrange studies in department.

As project manager, take charge of project management of important client; Manage the function group to handle the studies from client;Responsible for training procedure of the department, including the new employee training and refresh training,Assist top manager to superivse the operation of the department;As the key person, get involved in the technical issue resolving,

• As project manager take charge of the project management for important clients, update the study progress and issues to client representatives. Monitor, track and provide resolution to all managed projects. Have an engaging and dynamic attitude towards rapid issue resolution and communication.• Assist top managers to supervise the operation of the department, including hiring and training scientific staffs, setting up SOP for GLP facility. • Responsible for training PIs and analysts in both technical and compliance aspects.• Assist to managers for business development and new business area progress

• As project manager take charge of the project management for important clients, update the study progress and issues to client representatives. Monitor, track and provide resolution to all managed projects.

• Lead and train PI group to provide support for method validation and sample analysis relating preclinical PK/TK studies and clinical trails. Act as a project leader to prepare and conduct method validation and sample analysis under GLP and other regulations. Be responsible for preparing study protocol, scheduling, making resource arrangement, approving data and report.• As a trainer, train the new-comings for the instruments usage, technique and SOPs

• Assist BAS Head to establish the Bioanalytical Sciences department, setting up SOP for GLP facility and assure GLP compliance. • Function as Study Director to conduct bioanalytical studies, method development and validation, clinical sample analysis. Be the single point of bioanalytical study control and have overall responsibility for the scientific, technical and regulatory compliance of assigned studies. Communicate directly with sponsor’s study monitors, provide project updates regularly by Email or TC.• Skillful in LC-MS bioanalytical method development and trouble-shooting

• Function as QC to analyze the flavor and flavor material, • Good at smell and taste evaluation, flavor application in foods.• Analyze Flavor recipe and natural Oil component by using GC，GC/MS
