1. Responsible for the program management (including program scheduling, in-process inspection, project progress report, project tracking and plan adjustment, project summary etc.);2. Responsible for the students’ topic guidance (To help students to solve tough problems, to help students improve the work report, write research papers, health, safety and environmental (HSE) training for the new staff, the basic experimental skills training, basic training for experimental apparatus operating procedures );3. Engaged in research work of post doctor.

1. Responsible for the design, synthesis and identification of compounds;2. Study on structure-activity relationship of compounds, optimization the structure of the compounds;3. Scale-up synthesis of the main structure of a lead compound.
