My research leveraged generative models, particularly VAE and GAN, to create the latent space and explored this space to find the latent code that could reconstruct the testing images with smallest l2 loss using optimization methods. The ultimate goal is to build robust models against adversarial attack.

I did research on domain adaptation in the supervised setting. We utilize influence function to assign different weights to samples in the source domain and train a model with weighted samples in the hope to better generalize the model to the target domain. Experiments was completed in tensorflow and pytorch.
