• Perform and document History and Physical assessment for the Substance Use Disorder patients. • Manage both acute and chronic somatic issues when the patients are under our care .• Prescribe medications for somatic problems, opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder and withdrawals.• Administer XR Naltrexone depending on the status.• Patient education on general medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and infectious diseases etc.• Refer the clients if necessary. Consults with Medical director and Therapists as needed regarding patient care, assessment, and discharge
