- Perform and document History and Physical assessment for the Substance Use Disorder patients.
- Manage both acute and chronic somatic issues when the patients are under our care.
- Prescribe medications for somatic problems, opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder and withdrawals.
- Administer XR Naltrexone depending on the status.
- Patient education on general medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and infectious diseases etc.
- Refer the clients if necessary. Consults with Medical director and Therapists as needed regarding patient care, assessment, and discharge
